These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.vscorporatesphere.in and all services we provide — including the procurement, sale, and buyback of gift vouchers for corporate clients and individuals, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are available to corporate clients and business entities procuring gift vouchers in bulk, individuals purchasing vouchers for personal gifting, and parties wishing to sell unused gift vouchers through our buyback programme. By using our Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Corporate clients confirm they have authority to transact on behalf of their organisation.
3. Our Services
3.1 Gift Voucher Procurement
VS Corporate Sphere supplies gift vouchers across 100+ brand partners spanning shopping, food and dining, travel, entertainment, beauty, electronics, wellness, home and living, and more — including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, Zomato, BookMyShow, MakeMyTrip, Nykaa, Croma, IKEA, Starbucks, Cult.fit, Kindle, Xbox, OYO, and many others. This list is subject to change based on brand availability. All voucher orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2 Corporate Gifting
We offer tailored bulk voucher procurement for employee rewards and recognition, festive gifting (Diwali, Holi, New Year), client and partner gifting, sales incentive programmes, and HR onboarding and milestone gifts. Corporate clients are assigned a dedicated account manager as a single point of contact.
3.3 Individual / Retail Gifting
Individual customers may purchase gift vouchers for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding gifts, baby showers, and similar occasions across shopping, dining, travel, entertainment, and wellness categories.
3.4 Gift Voucher Buyback
VS Corporate Sphere also purchases unused gift vouchers. To initiate a buyback, share the brand name, denomination, validity date, and quantity via email or WhatsApp. We will provide a buyback quote promptly. Buyback pricing is determined at our discretion based on brand, denomination, validity, and market conditions, and is not guaranteed to match face value.
4. How It Works
- Step 1 — Share your requirement: Submit details via our enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp. We respond within 4 business hours.
- Step 2 — Receive a quote: We provide a tailored quote with pricing, validity, delivery timelines, and all applicable terms. Corporates receive volume-based pricing for bulk orders.
- Step 3 — Payment and delivery: Upon payment confirmation, digital vouchers are delivered same day for most orders; physical vouchers are dispatched within 24–48 hours, with complete documentation.
5. Pricing and Bulk Orders
All prices are quoted at the time of enquiry and are subject to change. Volume-based pricing is available for corporate bulk orders. Bulk pricing benefits typically apply to orders of ₹25,000 and above. All quotes are provided in writing before any order is confirmed. We are transparent about our pricing and margins.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and other mutually agreed payment modes. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
6.2 GST and Invoicing
VS Corporate Sphere is a GST-registered business (GST No: 08ABAFV0371J1Z4). A valid GST tax invoice will be issued for every transaction. Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.3 Payment Before Delivery
Vouchers are dispatched only after full payment confirmation unless a credit arrangement has been separately agreed in writing with your account manager. In the event of payment failure or delay, order processing will be paused until payment is received.
7. Delivery
- Digital vouchers: Delivered via email or WhatsApp same day for most orders following payment confirmation. For large volume orders, a specific delivery timeline will be agreed upfront.
- Physical vouchers: Dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation via courier. VS Corporate Sphere is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by the client.
- Delivery confirmation: Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
8. Voucher Terms
- Validity: Vouchers carry a validity period as communicated in your order documentation. Expired vouchers will not be replaced, extended, or refunded.
- Redemption: Vouchers are redeemable only at the respective brand's outlets or platforms. VS Corporate Sphere is not liable for any restrictions or changes to redemption policies by third-party brands.
- Loss or misuse: VS Corporate Sphere is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, or misused after delivery. Misuse for unlawful purposes may result in cancellation without refund.
- Non-cash nature: Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other vouchers unless specified by the issuing brand.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellations requested before vouchers are dispatched or codes are generated may be accepted at our discretion, subject to processing fees.
- Once digital vouchers have been delivered, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Physical vouchers can be returned only if received in damaged or incorrect condition, reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment mode.
- For buyback transactions, the agreed buyback amount will be transferred after verification of vouchers submitted.
10. WhatsApp Support
VS Corporate Sphere provides customer support primarily via WhatsApp at +91 99109 35028 and via email at support@vscorporatesphere.in. By contacting us on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving messages related to your enquiry, order status, quotes, and service updates on that number. We will not use your WhatsApp number for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
11. Third-Party Brand Partners
The brand partners whose vouchers we supply are independent third parties. VS Corporate Sphere is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of these brands unless expressly stated. Any issues related to voucher redemption or brand policies must be directed to the respective brand. We will assist wherever possible as an intermediary but cannot override brand-level decisions.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on www.vscorporatesphere.in, including the VS Corporate Sphere name, logo, text, and design, is our proprietary property. Third-party brand names and logos are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only. Reproduction or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VS Corporate Sphere's liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including losses arising from delayed delivery by couriers, third-party brand policy changes, or force majeure events.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms. We encourage resolution through mutual negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Gurugram and proceedings in English.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
